9. Data Deletion Request — Educura
Account and Data Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the Southeast Business Group Educura platform, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from the email address associated with your Educura account to: adminpk@sbgsite.com.
- Use the subject line: Request for Data Deletion.
- In the body of the email, provide your full name and username (and any additional details that will help us locate your account).
- Our administrative team will process your request and respond. Processing typically takes up to 30 business days (this timeframe is subject to institutional policies and applicable law).
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a successful deletion request, we will permanently delete the following personal data associated with your account (where applicable):
- User profile information (name, email, etc.).
- Forum posts and comments (where deletion is permitted by institutional policy).
- Private messages.
- Assignment submissions.
- Quiz attempts.
What Data May Be Retained
